2018 Cabernet Sauvginon

This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon displays a dance of light ruby and crimson colors.  Fine herbs, hints of black olive and a mix of pepper complete the intensity of the bouquet. As it hits your palate it has a rich earthy edge of flavor encompassing cherry, dark fruit, and soft pepper.  It then begins to bend into a pleasant balance of sticky tannins for a long lingering, enjoyable finish. It is a complete gold medal winner!!!
