2020 Tempranillo

This 100% Tempranillo has a dreamy deep garnet jewel tone with strong legs. There are complex notes of pepper in the front of the nose that leads into a smokey hint of tobacco. As it hits your palate you experience a sensation of bold heirloom tomatoes complete with acidic balance. It is followed by complexity of mulberry and cherry that leads you into a warm vanilla finish.  Smooth and balanced from the beginning to the end!!!

Label Inspiration

Generations of Horan’s loved their horses. With 210 acres of farmland and orchard surrounding the home, it was the perfect setting for passing down that love. Grand-daughter Meg receive a gift from her grandfather John, her beloved horse, Twinkle. Meg and Twinkle spent many hours galloping among the hills at the confluence of the Wenatchee and Columbia Rivers. This original photo was taken during the WA State Apple Blossom Parade.
